EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In accordance with applicable legal terms, Investman permits the exchange or return of items ordered and received within 15 days from their receipt.
To do this, the customer must contact our team by email before proceeding with the return. Products must be returned within 15 days after receipt, along with the purchase receipt.
Only products that are in good condition and with complete packaging will be accepted.
All items will be checked upon arrival at our facilities, and only those that meet the above return conditions will be accepted for exchange or refund.
In the event that the customer wishes for a refund, we inform you that:
The refund will be made via bank transfer.
The shipping costs to our facilities will be borne by the customer.
The refund will only be processed after a detailed verification of the returned products.
